       Tianjin Huineng independently develops high-end calcium hydroxide and high-specific-surface-area calcium hydroxide technology with mature processes; it develops specialized equipment to ensure stable production operations; it has its own production lines with many years of stable production and operation, and its product performance indicators have reached advanced international levels. It has 100+ application customers and a good market reputation.

       Over the years, our company has adopted various forms of external cooperation, adhering to the principle of "one policy for one enterprise" to tailor "optimized process, cost-saving investment, and stable operation" process routes for cooperative customers, building "intelligent, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly" production lines, ensuring a digestion rate higher than 98%, an operating rate of 95%, and a waste heat utilization rate of over 40%. The product quality is good and the cost-effectiveness is high.

       Currently, Tianjin Huineng's production base has the capacity to produce 100,000 tons of high-specific-surface-area calcium hydroxide and 150,000 tons of high-end calcium hydroxide annually. In addition to the Tianjin production base, it has successively cooperated with more than ten enterprises in provinces and cities such as Jilin, Jiangsu, Sichuan, and Shanxi to build 50,000 tons/year and 100,000 tons/year high-specific-surface-area calcium hydroxide production lines, all of which have met standards and achieved production targets on the first attempt.
